Matsumoto's Squad was a squad composed by at least a Corps Commander and his underling serving under the orders of Matsumoto Muraku. They tried to assault Gama along with a wounded Zenmaru and Kashitarou in the abandoned bathhouse but were eliminated, mostly by their own leader Muraku.

- Matsumoto Muraku: Member of the Personal Corps and former head of the Kasanemanji School.
- Unnamed Corps Commander: The likely commander of the squad, was a tall man with long black hair with a single strand dangling in front of him and wearing a long black coat over his clothes. He was first seen spying on the Ogame School hideout with a small telescope from a nearby roof, implying that he's skilled in stealth. During the night he sent his men after Gama and when he noticed their troubles he went to join the battle but was killed by Muraku just outside the bathhouse.
- Unnamed Attendant: A man with a serious look and fair hair always seen near the Commander, implied to be his second in command. He too followed his master to the site of the battle but was killed by Muraku.
- Sekiryuu: A subordinate and expert of the Tetsuben, fights alongside Seirin. He's killed by Gama.
- Seirin: A subordinate and expert of the Tetsuben, fights alongside Sekiryuu. He's killed by Gama.
- Utsumi: Subordinate armed with a special tulwar-like sword. Killed by Muraku.
- Unnamed Mace User: The first member to attack, was a young man with croocked nose, spiky black hair and a thin scar on his face. Wielded two maces in battle and tried to kill Zenmaru but was beheaded by Gama.
- Unnamed Bandana Member: A large person with shoulder-length fair hair and a black bandanna with the Muhou School symbol on it. Killed by Muraku.
- Unnamed Scarred Member: A bald person with a cross-shaped scar on his forehead. Killed by Gama.
- Unnamed Member: A very tall man with a broad flat nose and fair hair, wielded a mace in combat. Was ordered by Muraku to remove the corpses of his companions from the main room and witness most of the duel between Gama and Muraku. When he mutters that Muraku's a insane freak he's gruesomely killed for his trouble.

Overall Strength[]
The squad's main strength seems to rely in stealthy action and in combat involving foreign weapons and martial arts. They seemed pretty confident in their skills thought they're proven to be no match for Gama. Most of their weapons are small and easy to conceal, thus not many of them are seen. They usually carry their weapons on their backs.

- Tetsuben: A whip-like metal rod capable of moving fast and hitting with tremendous power.
- Unnamed Mace: Flanged maces of western design, two members are seen wielding them.
- Utsumi's Sword: A curved sword resembling a persian shamshir or an indian tulwar.
