Seirin was a member of unknown rank of the Muhou School who fights in couple with Sekiryuu.
Appearence[]
Seirin is a short man with a round face, small drop-shaped eyebrows, small nose and black hair tied in a tail. He wears a custom uniform composed of a white tunic with long, black baggy sleeves, hakama pants, high black collar and black gloves and boots.
Personality[]
He's very close to Sekiryuu and viceversa, being possibly his brother. He's cheerful to the point of creepiness and overconfident in his skills. He and Sekiryuu tend to ends each other's sentences.
History[]
At some point in the past, he joined the Muhou School.
Plot[]
Matsumoto Muraku Arc[]
As a Muhou School squad armed with exotic weapons crash into the inn where Gama, Zenmaru and Kashitarou are resting, Seirin and Sekiryuu enters the room along with another very tall guy. The two threatens Gama with death and then prepares to take him down with their whips. However, the swordsman manages to dodge their continuous attack and break through their defenses, cutting them down.
Abilities[]
Seirin is a skilled warrior, used to fight in couple with Sekiryuu, but he's not powerful enough to take Gama on.
Weapons[]
Tetsuben
Tetsuben (Iron Whips): Seirin wields two iron whips: these weapons are shorter and bulkier than ordinary whips and not as flexibles, however they're heavier and thanks to their ball-like tips can hit with tremendous power.

Sekiryuu Seirin Combined Attack: Jayon Rendan (Four Snakes Combined Attack): Seirin and Sekiryuu charges at the enemy, slashing at him with their combined whips and overwhelming the enemy under a flurry of blows.
