Kamigaki Ryu (神垣流, Divine Wall Style) was one of the many styles of martial arts in Unabara. It's focused on kenjutsu, specifically in the use of "unusually shaped" swords which allow the use of secret techniques. The only known former member is Tsurumaru Shinsuke, now a member of the Muhou School. It's fate is unknown.

Apparently a school of Kenjutsu, the Kamigaki School is focused on using "swords of unusual shapes" in battle. So far only one of these swords has been shown, though it's unknown if all the Kamigaki School swords are like this or there are many different blades.
- Souen Maru: Shinsuke's personal sword, at a first glance it's an asymmetrical sword with a hooked katana blade, but another identical blade can be attached to the hilt through a hole, turning it into a large, two-bladed sword of great weight and power.

The Ultimate Technique of the Kamigaki School, Souen Sharin' '(' '神垣流 奥義 双炎車輪): A special continuous attack. Thanks to his training, Shinsuke can move his sword in a fluid yet fast motion allowing him to attack the enemy multiple times and even change the direction of the slash at the last moment. Unlike many other techniques, it doesn't have a specific stance or pattern, and thus is almost impossible to predict. Also incorrectly spelled as "Souen Syarin".
